Comments Thread For: Khan: With Pacquiao Win - I Might Get Pound For Pound #1

Former champion Amir Khan (31-3, 19KOs) sees a very big upside in facing former sparring partner Manny Pacquiao in early 2016.

Pacquiao's promoter, Bob Arum of Top Rank, has named Khan as the frontrunner to face his fighter in the New Year.

Khan has been in action once in 2015, winning a twelve round decision over former champion Chris Algieri in May. He was hoping to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. in the fall, but he was passed over in favor of Andre Berto.

Cmon lets be honest, Algieri wasnt rated at WW, i love how the writer ignores that.

All you Khantrrds that DKSAB need to realize that when a fighter loses, his rating slips. Khan will never get to the top by facing guys coming off Ls and he'll never get there by fightn JrWWs...youve been Khan'd.

        Danny Garcia should get Pac.

I dunno.. Pac is already shot, he's not the same anymore..

And No Khan, beating Pac won't even put you top 5. Pac is rubbish now, he's shot, he's finished; ready to retire

Khan isn't even #10 now and probably won't beat Pacquiao
