First off I've seen 24/7 & All Access for every Mayweather fight (& I think I've seen all of them for all fights, I need more hobbies I guess) & I don't recall anything like this happening with an testosterone cream being applied. Mfer mighta been trying to get rid of some ashy elbows & ankles with some coco butter doe.
Second if this happened on camera I have mucho confidence he'd have been called into the NSAC cuz he got called in recently over weed usage & the Rahman kid long rounds controversy so using testosterone woulda definitely gotten him a date with the commission.
Third, let it go bruh. Mayweather was one of the best fighters of this era. Its okay to just say that & move along.
However, just like Thomas Hauser wrote in his article, the masking technique of using epitestosterone cream often produces abnormally low T-E ratio since it is difficult to balance the outcome. So Floyd's abnormal results had to be hidden by USADA. USADA has clearly been an active protector of Floyd's doping. This is also proven by Nevada State Athletic Commission who also did two tests on Floyd and these two lab reports were reported this year and both had abnormal results, showing clear traces of manipulation of the testosterone-to-epitestosterone ratio.
USADA has clearly supported Floyd's doping by letting him take epitestosterone cream and then waiting many hours for the T-E ratio to become legal. Then USADA has hidden Floyd's abnormal test results, which Nevada State Athletic Commission's two tests show.
That USADA let Floyd take the IV before their EPO test is shocking, especially since everyone knows that this is the illegal masking technique that Lance Armstrong used to hide his illegal EPO doping. NSAC should definitely punish Floyd for the illegal use of the IV, just like Lance Armstrong would have been punished if he had been caught taking the IV. They should also demand all of Floyd's tests through the years to be retested with CIR. USADA, however, is obviously as corrupt as corrupt can be.
You show that you don't know a bit about testosterone and drug testing etc.
Hauser and Conte are telling this BS with the T/E ratio is about 1.2-1.3. That's for the average man, who might train one or two times a week and not multiple times daily for seven days a week. Go to the NSAC website and check the drug test results from the fighters of the three headlining bouts at UFC 189 (McGregor-Mendes, Lawler-McDonald,Stephens-Bermudez). All these tests were done at the SMRTL lab (WADA accredited) and on all of these CIR testing was performed. You will see much very different T/E ratios, sometimes way lower than on the Mayweather tests.
USADA itself does the analysis, only in rare cases they actually collecting samples.
IV's can manipulate blood parameter suggesting EPO use or blood doping but hiding EPO use solely with IV's is nonsense.
He was singing a different tune when this whole thing first erupted.
“He cannot have it done at his house and [USADA] can’t authorize it.... I have specifically articulated and memorialized to USADA that [NSAC] is the sole authority that can authorize a the****utic-use exemption for a fighter in the state of Nevada, USADA never told us prior to the IV that they had their own TUE, and they never kept us informed about it being administered." Of course, a nice little undisclosed payment should be enough to change his opinion.
