No, they did not change it whatsoever as far as the Mosley fight. The only thing that happened was that about a year or so ago, USADA renovated/revamped their entire website. So obviously, there are old links that will no longer work and so forth. Only three fights got posted (Mosley, Ortiz, Cotto) on the old site.

The way USADA things on their website now, results aren't really available, just the athletes and number of times they've tested them. Mayweather has been tested the most, 129 times. Next highest Danny Garcia at 89, Amir Khan at 58, Canelo Alvarez at 48, Miguel Cotto at 42, etc. This searchable listing didn't exist with their old website.

A T/E ratio well below 1 is not normal. Its either a sign of a major endocrine issue or the masking of testosterone.

You know you are obvious. You think you are a lot smarter than you actually are.

Well below 1 by whose standards? Pacquiao fans? Hasuer's?

Still, your statement is not accurate. We do not know what Floyd is doing exactly. He is not going to tell us but we do know for a fact that on several occasions, he has delayed testing 5-7 hours long. So it may be the delay that Floyd wanted or he was masking or a combination.

You say its 2015, so testing has improved. In some ways yes but in some ways no. Studies have found that 1-2% got caught before and the stat still holds true in 2015. So for example EPO. Why was it used back then? Because they didn't have a test for it. So to say, they can be doing something else that is not detectable or even listed as prohibited. Also, as stated before, they can use EPO or other drugs when you have experience with the current protocol. Floyd has that experience. He has a very good idea of when USADA comes to test. Only during a short window during training and not much testing gets done close to the fight. Especially with blood. So athletes can microdose so that they can't get caught. If USADA comes unexpectedly sooner, delay as much as you can as FLoyd did.
Yeah, so therefore, all boxers are guilty. That's pretty much what all you ''deflectors'' are saying. Without any proof you can't point your finger at someone in boxing and not point the other way. Logic doesn't work that way my friends.

Either you guys provide a plot of how Floyd could mask something in 750ml, hence the IV thread, and pass CIR, EPO, and HGH... then let's chat. Again, don't state details without providing a plot! You can't state why Floyd doesn't do whatever within a certain number of hours without providing a specific way to ''mask'' something in drug testing.

Since you guys are all theory, and I made a badass thread about WADA and Manny weeks ago...

Again, I ask, why didn't Top Rank want WADA style testing back in the first negotiations?! If boxing is so ''corrupt'' you'd think such a question makes perfect sense.

You want the TRUTH!? Nobody in the boxing community thought WADA style protocols would come into affect in this sport. WADA doesn't evolve around just boxing! You guys think about that for a while and come back with intelligent answers or plots or something. If not, yall just being recorded on candid camera.

Weren't you the same poster who posted something completely different prior to the Pac/May fight, just to prove Mayweather got tested way more than what now appears in their site? What happened?

If medical science says it is abnormally low, why didn't WADA, USADA or NSAC think so? Why aren't experts in these fields up in arms about Floyd's "extremely low" levels? Is it because there's nothing there?

So we can see here that Floyd is orally rehydrating. The commission doctor checked both Manny and Floyd at the weigh in for health and for signs of dehydration. Nothing noted. Floyd even had a heathy blood pressure reading that was also a sign of not being dehydrated. The report is even provided with a snapshot to show validity. This all is proof that Floyd was not dehydrated at the weigh in.

Now from the time he left the weigh in to the time he received the IV, he all of a sudden was in the state of severe dehydration, thus requesting the IV.

What on earth could he have done in that span of time? Did he run back to his house from the weigh in? Maybe he hit the gym for one final workout? All we know is he was hydrated, than severely dehydrated per Floyd and Ellerbe's admission.
