These dorks like to believe that general exhaustion feelings are the same as dehydration. Therefore just drink some water... face palm.

WADA clearly laid out the logic regarding PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES that could be masked, yet they provide a protocol for an exemption. Then people bring up blood doping as if the intravenous for rehydration is the same thing! face palm.

If there was any skepticism about IV usage per WADA, I doubt they would even advocate it. However, the fact of the matter is, because boxing is technically such a dangerous sport for the simple fact that you WILL BE injured intentionally, gives more leeway for the justification.

Floyd haters like to assume that health risks are only subject to their favor and not the actual boxer going in the ring. Therefore, they find any excuse to state it's not a medical emergency. All a medical emergency is the acknowledge of a condition in danger. That's all it is. By me picking up the phone, for example, I think my cousin in having an asthma attack when in fact it was nothing more than a panic attack is still a ''medical emergency.'' People confuse a medical emergency with a diagnosis. Floyd haters like to believe that Floyd's condition was a false alarm.

It's boxing. It's dangerous. People have died in boxing. It's not a sprint run. The WADA code is being acknowledged. The athletes are getting tested. IV in the sport are nothing new. No athlete rocks 50ml or less for dehydration. geez..

      Fluid Replacement

If there are signs of significant dehydration (elevated resting heart rate, low blood pressure), fluids are generally given through an IV, a tube placed into a vein.
Floyd never hinted towards suffering from an elevated resting heart rate or low blood pressure, and there's no mention of "dark urine" anywhere in that statement. Try again.

        - If there is no nausea and vomiting, fluid replacement is begun. You are asked to drink electrolyte/carbohydrate-containing fluids along with water.

Your own link supplies information behind urine color being evidence of dehydration. Unless you are trying to say that urine color has no bearing to indicating dehydration, you have absolutely no point. And only look more and more foolish.

Urine color may indicate dehydration. If urine is concentrated and deeply yellow or amber, you may be dehydrated.

The worst part is they don't even read the very things they post as evidence!

I knew the outcome of the fight would be difficult for them to handle. But I didn't think it would be this bad either!

Emphasis on "may" (pun intended). The only fool in this argument is the one who deluded himself into believing that Floyd truly needed 750 ml of saline for "rehydration". Try Harder.

Yes, it still doesn't negate the fact that it's a sign of dehydration. Hence why they pointed it out for you.

              Symptoms of Dehydration in Adults

The signs and symptoms of dehydration range from minor to severe and include:

              Increased thirst
              Dry mouth and swollen tongue
              Weakness
              Dizziness
Palpitations (feeling that the heart is jumping or pounding)
              Confusion
              Sluggishness fainting
              Fainting
              Inability to sweat
              Decreased urine output

Urine color may indicate dehydration. If urine is concentrated and deeply yellow or amber, you may be dehydrated.
Any of those items fall into this category. The funny thing is that after 'decreased urine output', they specifically elaborated and speak upon urine color. Seems you need to try again, but hopefully you don't own yourself again.

Your post only enforces the notion that "dark urine" isn't severe enough to seek medical care, which is what Floyd did when he allegedly called an ambulance. Let's take a look at the WebMD list once again.

                When to Seek Medical Care

Call your doctor if the dehydrated person experiences any of the following:
                • Increased or constant vomiting for more than a day
                • Fever over 101°F
                • Diarrhea for more than 2 days
                • Weight loss
                • Decreased urine production
                • Confusion
                • Weakness

Take the person to the hospital's emergency department if these situations occur:
                • Fever higher than 103°F
                • Confusion
                • Sluggishness (lethargy)
                • Headache
                • Seizures
                • Difficulty breathing
                • Chest or abdominal pains
                • Fainting
                • No urine in the last 12 hours
Do you see "dark urine" in either of those categories?

You don't need to emphasize ''saline.'' As my point was with ''50ml.'' =P

'Dark urine' indicates dehydration. If someone is dehydrated, they may or may not need medical care. Dark urine color is indicative of severe/significant dehydration. There are plenty of charts showing urine color and points out color ranges where there is significant dehydration. But you wouldn't know this.

Floyd claimed that the stringent testing is what caused him to be severely dehydrated. Oddly enough, Pacquiao was subjected to the same stringent testing yet didn't seem to experience any dehydration or dark urine issues.
