I am a bit curious, why don't you file a report with the FBI? Or you can take it the the US Attorney's office and speak to an AUSA?

It would really be a good thing. There seems to be a lot of strange inconsistencies that are begging to be investigated! I wonder how many Vitamins were in that IV? And what type of "vitamins" , minerals, & whoopass?

Let's wait and see what won't happen!

I say fight him again, and beat him easier the second time, in my opinion.
He is always better in rematches. But no IV this time.

Marquez got better each fight until that savage KO.
I wonder what Marquez used to mask his alleged PED usage?? Pee did him better than a red bull! It gave Marquez one punch coma power.
I wonder how that would have measured on those new HBO patented gloves.

Finally, rematch, strict testing, and no bayless. I don't like bayless very much.

To endure the pain for that long... Each day... Knowing that justice will be served. But he is a patient person!

Stuck in a state of denial.

If I think of the First Maidana fight, Floyd did try to get better treatment from Weeks, but Floyd had to fight hard to get off the ropes! It was funny to see Maidana digging away at floyds body!! Hahaha!

So let me get this straight Floyd applied for TUE 3 weeks after he applied it, so did he initially brake the rules????

Wada which prohibits IVS, so before entering the ring Floyd was technically breaking the rules and only after 3 weeks he got exempted and poof! Your cleared Floyd!

If this isn't corruption at its finest I don't know what is..

You do know what it is! Lord MayVader, is above most of the rules.
Floyd played his power game, he always does! He has the juice to get permission after! Manny should have taken his shot, and applied for the exception later!

Then after Floyd beats him with no excuses, that would be better!

But it is not going to happen. Floyd won, history will show Floyd won!

History will show manny more exciting and more of a people's champ, based on his style and image!

But Floyd beat him and it is over! It is over!

File reports get PAC his day in court!

Legendary sports writer and commentator Larry Merchant talks MayPac with UCN's Steve Kim, why he didn't watch the Floyd - Berto fight on September 12th, aswell as the Mayweather doping scandal and whether Floyd has really retired at all.

                  Repost!

Michael Montero's recent statement on the Floyd IV Gate.

"I realize that USADA issued a press release to address Hauser's article, but it still leaves many questions unanswered. You all have to remember that USADA is run by a career lawyer, and this statement read like nothing more than a team of lawyers spitting a bunch of legal jargon to cover their own ass."

"This could ALL go away if USADA simply made all of their test results public (which they should be anyway). It would also help if they explained why Floyd's multiple low T/E Ratios weren't followed up on over the years. Why are WADA guidelines not being followed? Why all of the confidentiality agreements? Why are state athletic commissions being left in the dark? And again I repeat, what's the point of drug testing and having rules/regulations if you're simply gonna hand out a "TUE" every time one of them is broken?"

Please try to read this! It explains what I am saying.

The burden of proof (Latin: onus probandi) in the United States is the imperative on a party in a trial to produce the evidence that will shift the conclusion away from the default position to one's own position.

The burden of proof is often associated with the Latin maxim semper necessitas probandi incumbit ei qui agit, the best translation of which in this context is: "the necessity of proof always lies with the person who lays charges.

This is you! You are seeking the action.

i am fine with the result of Floyd winning easily 8 rds to 4!
