Has anyone every had a W taken for too many milliliters in a a IV or after a TUE approved situation?

I've only heard of guys being stripped of W's when they test dirty & a TUE wasn't granted. I can understand people disagreeing with all the sketchiness going on with the agreed to contract between Manny & Floyd, the NSAC & the USADA, but the reality is no one with any power behind them are going after Floyd & this info has been known for 4 months. If anything it seems like the NSAC & the USADA have beef over who should be granting TUE's & it would seem as if Manny has a potential lawsuit against the USADA for not alerting him to the fact a TUE situation arose & he was not told of this within 24hrs as I believe the contract Floyd & Manny signed stated.

Illegal iv's are used to mask ped usage.

Even if he was just dehydrated, Floyd took an illegal method to hydrate himself instead of being a man and fighting Manny dehydrated. If you don't want to be dehydrated, then prepare properly. Instead, he knew he was dehydrated and tried to cheat to ensure that he was at an uneven playing field by taking an illegal procedure to get him as close at 100% as possible.

You have to stand In awe at the double standards at play here. Floyd fans have been accusing Pacquiao of cheating for 5 years now with absolutely no proof what so ever other than an allegation made by Mayweather himself yet there Is concrete proof that Floyd cheated and It Is perfectly fine.
