And btw Puerto Rico needs to be careful what it wishes for. It keeps voting on independence it may ultimately get it. Puerto Rico would be worse than El Salvador overnight if that happens. Unfortuately it's murder rate is out of control with roughly 1100 a year on average. Worse than ANY place in the us. Vieques, an island off the coast of pr has roughly 100 murders a year. With a population of 10000 it the worse homicide rate per capita in the western hemispere. I suspect the world. Imagine if it lacked us support. It would be a slaughter house.
