The D Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada - For the vacant IBF Inter-Continental lightweight title, Richard Commey (22-0, 20KOs) proved that his power was for real with an eight round stoppage win over Bahodir Mamadjonov (17-2, 11KOs).
Mamadjonov started well and seemed to be too fast for Commey in the first few rounds. Commey started finding himself in the third.
