We know for a fact Pacquiao tried to use a PED after signing off as having no injuries and his promoter saying he was 100%.

Pacquiao requested a Tordaol shot, which is an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug), it isn't listed as a banned substance on the WADA/USADA prohibited list and it has no performance enhancing effects.

What Pacquiao requested was a 'site injection' meaning that the numbing agent would have been isolated directly to the shoulder region and not the entire body.

Why would Pacquiao need any type of numbing agent if he was 100% going into the ring (according to Bob Arum) and had no shoulder injury that "required medical examination or evaluation"?

first thing. when lance used epo there was no single test able to detect the steroid under 50% do you under stand that? (so as long as you kept your levels at 50% you were completely ok to use epo with any test) they only introduced a URINE test that could catch it in 2000 (which was not very effective ether) all lance did was inject EPO intravenously to completely shut that out. in combination with this (this is the part u are trolling on) doctors gave Armstrong salt water saline. but heres your problem. armstrong went to a doctor for this behind usadas and wadas back. when u apply through wada & usada (which is what mayweather did) they control the process and monitor everything to a T. theres nothing illegal about taking salt water and vitamins just as long as it's not done in a way to take advantage and they get that. so they have their own monitoring system to make sure everything is level playing field. also saline alone can't be used to mask anything. it's the combination of injecting epo intravenously. blood transfusions & saline that does the masking. DO YOU GET THAT?

He can't read doe, it was a mistake doe, The NSAC was supposed to be mind readers and still give him an exemption even though he incorrectly filled out and/or completely lied on the medical form doe.
