I think that shot was some kind of substance to trow off the anti-PED tests or to have some kind of advantage over Floyd.

He basically fought with one arm against the top pound for pound fighter in the world and nearly beat him and did beat him in the eyes of many. A two armed pacquiao would crush mayweather. Pacquiao is very effective with his right when its healthy. He landed many straight lefts that rocked mayweather, but any right he threw had no pop and he continually cut the ring off and just let mayweather go, something a healthy pacquiao would never do in a million years, I have never seen pacquiao do that in any fight and now on the biggest fight of his career he suddenly becomes half as productive and barely uses his right at all? If it was just this fight in which Pac looked slower, weaker, and less willing to go on the offensive, then I might agree with you. But he's looked like this for awhile now. The trend started in his first fight with Bradley. He looked better against JMM, but then he got KO'd and since then he has been pretty reluctant to chase guys down, even when he has them on the ropes or in the corner. He throws a flurry and backs off. I think he knows that he's slowed down due to moving up so far from his more natural fighting weight, and age, and he's afraid of eating a countershot that could put him on the canvas again.

I've been a fan of Pac for years, but he's been boring for the last few years and I think he ought to just hang them up.

As for the shoulder injury, how did he raise his arms after the fight with a torn rotator cuff? Typically with an injury like that, the arm can't be raised above the shoulder.
