EBU featherweight champion Josh Warrington (20-0) will defend the title against mandatory challenger Alexander Miskirtchian (25-3-1) on May 30th as part of Matchroom´s big show at the O2 Arena in London. Miskirtchian fought for the IBF title last year with undefeated Evgeny Gradovich but lost on points and then took some time off to regroup and returned in March of this year with a points win over Michael Escobar.
