The terminology is wrong. Pac has never refused to take a statutory test. Mayweather implied Pac was on Peds and made demands on his terms and Pac rightly said why should I do what you say.
The facts are that Pac has not to anyones knowledge failed a drugs test. No one has come up with any evidence at all.
Now Mayweather on the other hand has been called out and accused by a well respected journalist with what looked like compelling evidence of 2 failed tests.

Where is this "compelling" evidence and why has nothing resulted from it since it was so "truthful" and "damning".....seriously, you guys have selective memories.

Since we are on the rumour train, let's not forget about the e-mails sent to Teddy Atlas (about Pacquiao) from another well respected journalist as well as Teddy's "secret source"...LMAO

We'll know if USADA is on the payroll if its reported that they take blood the day before or day of the fight. They have yet to do this to ANY fighter that they've tested thus far and Floyd knows Pac has this mental thing going back to the Morales fight where he stated that he felt weak due to blood being taken on the day of the fight.
