Reading the atricle, it doesn't say anything about the networks coming to an agreement

I was under the assumptions that everything between Pacquiao & Arum (principals) was agreed to and it was just waiting on the networks.

Dont know what to believe.

Lol, really? You're going to pretend that HBO just gave us a whole bunch of details? Never trust a network that says "We are not the problem" and give us no explanation about it. Not even Showtime.

HBO hasn't exactly been "Ready to go" based on prior reports. HBO, Showtime, Pacquiao, Arum, Mayweather, etc are full of it.
