Arreola would be more agressive and silly, probably his punching power isn't as much as Stiverne's and he also has worse chin and defense than Stiverne. He would knocked out by Wilder in 5-6 rounds.

Now we are in the awkward position again of not knowing really who is the best US HW. Wilder or Arreola?

        Lol, don't kidding us!
Wilder took some big Stiverne bombs, he also could handle Arreola's power then. Arreola can't build on his agressiveness if he is just too short and slow to get inside. Wilder would jab him from the outside and then hit Arreola with right crosses. Arreola also has a definitely worse chin than Stiverne, if Wilder staggered and hurted Stiverne 2-3 times, then Arreola would crumble by his shots. I don't see an element which suggest that Arreola would have success against Wilder. He is more agressive. Ok then. And what he can do with that if he has weak defense and also not so great offense with his shorter size? Nothing.

Yes, even if he likely doesn't last the distance.

Let's not kid ourselves. Arreola is a plodder with no defense who likes to follow his opponents around the ring without cutting it off. He would have got starched by running into those several huge right hands that Deontay Wilder was landing on Stiverne at will.

Moreover, I doubt that Chris would have even lasted past the fifth round by attempting to apply more pressure on Deontay Wilder because he would have left himself more vulnerable to Wilder's power if he did.

There's no way he would've taken those 1-2s like Stiverne did

I can just see the slo-mo on his bulbous nose jiggling around after those two-pieces

I think styles make fights Stiverne did a horrible game plan he never went to the body to shrink the guy he went head hunting was 4 inches to short doesn't know how to cut the ring off .Arreola at least would have landed and tested Wilders chin. I'd say Arroeola had a chance to crack Wilder and make it a war but it seems like Arreola has a chin problem though so Wilder would probably stop Arreola in about 6 to 7
