When someone knowingly takes illegal PEDs in such a dangerous sport, it's forever etched in nsb eternity
There's no getting off the PED talk I'm afraid .
Also, from an analytical standpoint, we don't know which fights he was dirty and didn't get caught. We know he admitted to it vs Oscar. So how good was he? Would he have been as good without that physical and mental edge he gained from taking illegal PEDs?

Shane was suppose to be great at 135..but he did not even fight anyone there..his claim to fame is beating Oscar which is admitted to being on PED'S for..after that he went downhill and his best wins after that were Mayorga and Margarito..so i am not really impressed with this mans career at all

Prime Shane was always unafraid to seize the finish and press a KO -something that he severely lost in the last seven years of his career (barring Vargas and Margarito). His footwork was excellent, speed better, he had great head and upper body movement as well. His leaping left hook and straight right were ferocious. Actually that entire 1990's class of welters strikes me as being superior to the modern era -Trinidad, Quartey, DLH, Forrest...
Anyway, I digress. How would Prime Shane fare against today's top dogs.
IMO...
Khan can hang speed-wise and maybe even box his way through a few opening rounds but he is too chinny for prime Shane and gets stopped in 4.
Bradley is too small and gets outworked and likely stopped late.
Pac would've been a hell of a fight, like looking into a mirror in a lot of ways. I like a pick -em decision for that one -maybe split- with each of them trading knockdowns along the way.
I still pick Floyd to get past prime Shane, IF he can deal with the relentless speed, power attacks of a superior finish oriented boxer/puncher. If Floyd couldn't deal with it, then he gets stopped on TKO.

Prime Mosley would have been convicted of PED use and bawling his eyes out in front of the media apologizing profusely for not knowing to use PEDs.
And no Prime Mosley would gas out without PEDs and with PEDs wins out against oppositions. Knocks out Pacman and finishes Money with a TKO instead of freezing up after connecting.
