As I said for Mayweather to be out of boxing for almost 2 years then come back and do comparable numbers does not support your point it hinders it. I wasn't just talking about the Cotto fight, you can't compare different opponents and say see this guy is bigger then that guy, what we can do though is take the similar opponents and see who sold better. No matter how hard you try to argue the answer would be Mayweather. Mayweather has out sold Pac when you compare the same fighters they each fought, De La Hoya, Marquez, Mosely, Hatton,Cotto. If you tally up these 5 fights Mayweather sold more. And to my last point Mayweather didn't offer the 40mil because he thought he was a bigger draw, he offered 40 mil after Manny said he'd take less for the fight. Mayweather said it himself. I never said 40mil wasn't a bs offer, but it was in response to Pacs national declaration, which he made again recently.

The thing of it is Mayweather was the one trying to make it look like a legitimate offer, even going as far as telling people that is the most he has every made in any fight and that Pacquiao turned it down, leaving out the most important part that it was a bogus offer and he knew it as well as Pacquiao. It's him trying to deceit his fans and make Pacquiao look as bad as possible even if it means lying or leaving out information is what I hate most about Mayweather. He doesn't need to badmouth Pacquiao to make himself look good, he should let his actions do the talking instead of saying one thing and doing another.

duckweather fans will always twist the facts in a way that makes it seem like Pac and Arum are the ones who have prevented the fight and the bogus 40 million dollar is a perfect example of that. The other common example is the negotiations in 2010 where they couldn't agree to a cut off date for the random blood testing. Mayweather wanted 14 days from the fight and immediately after. Pacquiao agreed to 21 days and immediately after as well as unlimited random urine testing. Duckweather fans say "oh Pacquiao walked away he was on roids, he didn't want the fight, he prevented it blah blah blah" While I agree that yes if Pacquiao had given in to all of these demands the fight would have probably happened. The other facts of the matter which duckweather fans conveniently leave out is that the people who do the random blood testing even told mayweather that it wouldn't matter whether it was 21 days or 14, they would be able to catch a cheater just the same. The other fact is Floyd walked away over one single week of random blood testing. So Floyd is just as much to blame in my opinion or even more. What does he think that once the cutoff date hit Pacquiao would secretly juice for a single week and leave enough time left to pass the post fight test? All while passing unlimited random urine testing. First of all a week wouldn't do anything, it takes a while to build up and become effective, secondly after taking steroids you have to take estrogen blockers for a couple weeks so you don't grow man boobs, which they would have been able to detect. The whole juicing theory is just outrageous especially when you look at it from that perspective. I put most of the blame on Floid for his ridiculous demands

I am a Floyd fan, but I never said Manny needs to call out Floyd. I don't believe in that "call out" bull****. In fact, i've been quite clear on my stance; Manny turned down the fight twice, Arum called for a boycott of Maidana, etc. I would never make them another offer. If I was Floyd, I offer Cotto 60/40 purse, and co-promote the fight in NYC (Barclay's) on Cinco de Mayo, and then let the haters hate.

Floyd fans saying something like this doesn't surprise me.

Floyd fan: "I don't want to see Floyd vs Manny ..... I would rather see Floyd against someone he already beat ..... Manny getting 60/40 would be too much for Manny but if it's another fighter, I like 60/40."

Thats understandable, but if your angry that Mayweather talked schit about Pac, I wounder how you feel about everything Pac, Arum and Roach have said about Mayweather. If your being fair then you have to be angry at both sides right? Like how Pac brought a defamation lawsuit against Mayweather, his father and his uncle when Mayweather himself never accused Pac of using PED's. So both sides are guilty why are you only angry at Mayweather?

One only has to go on Youtube and watch interviews of Floyd Mayweather himself in his own words to know who truly doesn't want the fight. In an interview with Bob Costas, he talks about how he called Pacquiao and made him the 40 million dollar offer and no PPV split, which caused Pacquiao to hand the phone off to his advisor. He then states that Pacquiao sent negotiators to Las Vegas to get the fight made, but that Mayweather was unwilling to give up any PPV numbers whatsoever. Bob Costas asked why and he said because he just plain old refuses. In a recent interview with Fox Sports, the attractive woman interviewing him asked about the Pacquiao fight, and he said he wouldn't be happy if he had to fight him. She looked surprised and asked why, and he gave some ******ed answer that didn't make any sense or have any logic. He said because he is a boss and Pacquaio isn't lol that was his reasoning. He also said that Pacquiao keeps saying to do it for the fans, but that he doesn't care because he only fights for himself and not the fans. In a recent interview his father Floyd Sr. stated that the fight should definitely happen, comparing it to Ali Frazier, and that Mayweather needs the fight and can beat him whether he believes it or not. The day after Floyd gave an interview threatening to fire him for making those statements. Muhammad Ali tweeted to Floyd Mayweather recently saying he should fight Pacquiao for his legacy. Floyd deleted the legend off of his Twitter. Even before his fight with Cotto on the face off with Max Kellerman, Max asked him if he cares about his legacy and he said his legacy is fine without Pacquiao. The examples go on and on and on. Why his fans still believe that Mayweather really wants it and that Pacquiao and Arum are the ones ducking is truly beyond me when Floyd in his own words says over and over again he doesn't want the fight. Compare this to Pacquiao who has been saying for years that he wants the fight, but that it is up to his promoter to make it happen which is the truth. He has called him out numerous times and Floyd even referenced this in said face off with Max Kellerman. He claimed Pacquiao made his career by piggybacking off floyds fame by calling him a chicken for not fighting him, which is laughable considering he became a huge ppv star way before mayweather came out of retirement. Look at the facts and not the hype floidiots.
