Morden's Lenny Daws overcame a horrific cut to stop Chaquib Fadli in the 10th round to claim the vacant European light-welterweight title.
The 35-year-old (29-3-2 11KOs) looked to be well on his way to victory on the cards when a clash of heads in the eighth round threatened to turn the fight on its head in Greenhithe, Kent.
