    Promoter Yvon Michel of GYM has announced that a deal was finalized for Adonis Stevenson (24-1, 20KOs) to defend his World Boxing Council light heavyweight title against Dmitry Sukhotsky (22-2, 16KOs) on December 19th at the Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec. Showtime will televise.

    Stevenson was last in action in May, getting off the floor to win a twelve round unanimous decision over Andrzej Fonfara, who also tasted the canvas in the fight. Sukhotsky's two career defeats came against Juergen

      Quackenson: "Yeah, I'll fight Beterbiev after one more fight. Maybe another fight after that. And another three fights after that."

      If Beterbiev ends up as dangerous as Kovalev, Quackenson will have to run to ESPN to avoid the two of them.

                  I wonder if Showtime is paying him 40 percent more for this fight than HBO offered?

                  Oh, wait! I forgot that HBO has Hopkins/Kovalev coming up and doesn't care about Stevenson.

                    Is his name Quackenson, or Duckenson? Or perhaps Aduckis Quackenson?
