Well of course Arum is spot on here.
In fact, no matter how hard they tried, PAc's team could never secure a fight with TMT.
I think that even if Pac agreed to no payment and 100% for Floyd, Floyd would still find an excuse to pull out, and try blame it on Pac or Arum. It's so transparent only the staunchest of lickers and guys on the payroll are shameful enough to argue.
Guys like his uncle and dad, otherwise known on the Scene as "TheBigDunn"

The invitation of Ariza was already bad but now even a contract shows that what Floyd did back in 2009 was all a sham! Just before the Maidana 1 fight, Floyd ranted about Rios, Maidana, Khan, Manny doing better with the su****ious Ariza and brought up USADA testing.
We all knew but now its conclusive that Floyd was always apprehensive to fight Manny and that is why we had and continues to have all those roadblocks.

Think about it. Up until Manny said "OK, I will do the random testing", Floyd never brought up other roadblocks. Only after, Floyd brings it up. Floyd always has a roadblock lined up. It's so so easy to see.
The point is that Floyd just proved that it was all a sham. If Floyd really believed in what he said, he would not be inviting Ariza to his camp. Floyd would not be signing Ariza to a 2 year deal.
