He might have a chance against Cotto, Andrade or Quillin. Not too certain though, pretty competitive match ups. I cant see Canelo fighting GGG, but he seems to want to fight the best. Cant see him winning that
Besides, Canelo doesnt seem to like belts at the minute. Hes dragging 154lbers up to middleweight, not really sure why
Cotto is probably the first one he'll go for. Canelo hasn't fully moved up to middleweight and cotto weighs in lighter than the limit so it would be a good start for canelo to begin a middleweight campaign. Quillin will probably get sacrificed as soon as possible. It'll be either golovkin or canelo who get that belt from him.

I'm not sure why he's doing that either. I'm not cool with this catch weight ****.
I can also see him challenging Danny Jacobs for his "title"

His catch weight nonsense is basically him being unable to make 154 anymore. Even though he says he'll stay at light middle it 'a very obvious he can't. He weighed like 168 a couple of weeks before the Lara fight and he rehydrates to something like 175. He simply can't make 154 anymore even though he says he can.
I'm curious why people think cotto will win. We haven't seen enough of cotto at this weight to judge. But to be fair we haven't seen enough of canelo at middleweight to judge either.
