Comments Thread For: Golovkin's Trainer: Nobody at 154, 160 Can Last Twelve

Abel Sanchez, trainer of WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (29-0, 26KOs), says there is no fighter who can last the twelve round distance with the hard hitter from Kazakhstan. On Saturday night, Golovkin will face two-time middleweight champion Daniel Geale (30-2, 16KOs) at New York's Madison Square Garden.

"Nobody at 160 can stand the power of Gennady. No one at 154 or 160 can stay with Gennady for twelve rounds," Sanchez said.

Honestly i think that Canelo beats Golovkin, probably a wide decision, at 160 Canelo will be unstoppable he's a beast

            LOL Shook One's part 3.

Trainer now refrains from mentioning 168-175 like he did a year ago

He saw every one who said they want to fight GGG from 168 now he doesn't mention them.

What I hate more as a fan of Golovkin is that we're gonna continue to hear how he's this unstoppable monster whilst facing no hopers

Did you happen to see when Lara caught Canelo every time with his right-left combo? Canelo got stopped in his tracks on numerous occasions. Now imagine a guy with one shot KO power and someone who wont jog around the ring after landing a punch. Good scrap for a few rounds until GGG knocks Canelo down numerous times and stops him.
