I don't know what the whole 'style' hype is with this fight to be honest.
Sure styles make fights but only if they are on the same level, or a least close to the same level.
Pacquiao is an A+fighter and Algieri is no better than B- at this point. Fighting Pacquiao is a whole different story to Taylor and Provo and he has never had troubles with fighters who specialise in their left hand, it's usually the right hand that troubles Pac.
Maybe Algieri is better than i think but from what i've seen i think Pacquiao wins easily. That's no knock on Algieri who i rate.

Pac has looked poor against guys who control distance well in the past, and people think Algieri might be capable of that. As you say though, it's about levels too and that's where the question marks are with Algieri.
I got Pac by decision, Algieri ain't ever been in the ring with a fighter like Pac but I do like his footwork and heart
Algieri lands a lot of punches. If the judges are good like adalaide byrd and burt clements, Algieri could get a fair decision, That is if he wins that is. Those two judges are bound to give a correct score.
