Argentine puncher Marcos Maidana has reacted to the statements by Floyd Mayweather Jr., who accused Maidana of being a very dirty fighter. When they fought on May 3rd, Mayweather says Maidana used his head and threw many illegal punches to the back of the head and below the belt. Mayweather won a twelve round majority decision and walked away with the WBC/WBA welterweight titles.

Maidana denies being a dirty fighter and claims Mayweather is the boxer who uses questionable tactics in the ring. On September 13th, they will collide for a second time at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

lets be honest. most of maidanas "body shots" were actually hip and leg shots (shots below the belt line) he threw a couple knees & many rabbit punches. maidana is full out dirty.........i don't get it. theres been dirty fighters past and present. so whats wrong with stating the obvious?

Lets be honest, no they werent. He didnt land one knee at all and everytime Maidana threw a punch at Mayweather it was a legal shot, Maidana cant be blamed for Mayweather offering the back of his head in mid trajectory or for Matyweather bending below waist level (illegal by the way).

How ever while we being honest Mayweather been known for Illegal elbows and forearms in face he is the king of it and he started fouling Maidana at will hell even at one point he tried to suffocate Maidana but covering his mouth and nose and wouldent let go when the ref told him to now that is crossing the line, that right there is already consider Attempted Murder. So who really is the dirty fighter?

Exactly, When Mayweather trying suffocating Maidana by covering his mouth and nose and wouldn't let go when the ref told em and what did showtime commentators do? they laughed it off and called it Veteran Tactics lol, No that right there was Attempted Murders if we being honest.
