There are talks about him making a big announcement after the Maidana rematch. I can think of two things that can be considered a "big announcement" a Pacquiao fight or a Cotto rematch, which one will it be?

He did say in the recent NYC press tour that one of his goals was to fight in MSG or the Barclay center so you might be right.
