There are plenty of fighters that could beat Garcia, and with relative ease. Herrara and Theophane already proved this.

But Garcia has a great chin, and even then you could see the fight was coming to Lucas until his eye shut, but even then Lucas is actually a good matchup for Garcia, because he is one of the few guys who can absorb some of that punishment. And Lucas' main weapon is his power, Garcia is probably the better boxer.

Still a good boxer should beat Garcia, it's already happened twice. Hall of Famer? Lol, no.
