Comments Thread For: Wladimir Klitschko Ready To Explore Fights on The Road

A "perfect" Wladimir Klitschko says he'd be happy to fight in Australia and his trainer believes it's time for the quadruple world heavyweight boxing champion to take his show around the globe.

Klitschko (62-3) was far too good for 34-year-old Queenslander Alex Leapai (30-5-3) in Oberhausen, Germany, scoring three knockdows in a one-sided defence of his four world titles which he ended with a fifth round knockout.

In the mood to travel? Make Sofia your first destination. Chances are, you might not have to go anywhere else after that.

Pulev is the obvious fight but you will naturally have drunkards saying he "ducked" Tyson Fury, Deontay wilder and other big slow hobos.

With the numbers Wlad is putting up on German TV and filling their stadiums I'm not sure why he would want to come to the US and fight inferior competition while the commentators call him "Russian" and say he has a little brother who's also supposed to be good. The options are probably mainly European.

I was thinking the same thing. Why leave Germany when you're filling stadiums and banking money?
