What is there to respond to? Team Pacquiao changed their stance on blood testing multiple times. Then he says he will fight for a smaller split than Floyd and proceeds to demand 50/50 or no fight. As time goes by people are allowed to change their position on things just like Team Pacquiao has many times. If one guy's stock has taken a huge hit while the others has only grown, why should an offer remain indefinitely and unaltered while the other guy has failed to keep winning? You can't sell your car back to the dealership after driving it for 4 years and demand the same price you bought it for. Only in Pacland.
