Absolutely incredible that this fight is happening. They don't get more experienced then Salido and his style is the absolute worst for a kid with only 1 official pro fight, coming from the amateurs/semi pros. A win here for Lomachenko and he is on an undeniable ATG pace to start his career.


Everyhing here spells disaster for Lomachenko and the safe bet would be to say the seasoned Mexican warrior is just too much for him at this point..... But with that said (and I may be in the minority here) I think Lomachenko will outclass Salido and I think he scores a late rounds stoppage. A lot of people seem to think Lomachenko has no power (the same people who think fighters with power never have any skill and are always brawlers) but I think people will be in for a shock... Lomachenko himself said you could not fully close your fists in WSB gloves, it'll show here IMO and the workrate, speed, timing and accuracy combined with proper pro gloves will be too much for Salido and I see him getting KDed a couple of times and wouldn't be surprised to see some broken bones on his face after the fight


I could be wrong And It wouldn't be a shock to see Salido take him to deep waters that he's never been and get the W, but I think Lomachenko is THAT good. We will see Saturday
