If you can make Lucas respect your power then you have a CHANCE....pure boxing alone won't help you against that dude....at some point you gotta stand and hit him with some hurtful ****.....dudes got it twisted if they think a cutie will trouble Lucas....dude is for real....nothing mythical about him!!...he just ran into a young champion who's getting better and better each fight.....Swift needed someone like Lucas to push him and Lucas needed someone versatile like Swift....steel sharpen steel....I expect Lucas to bounce back with a added element to his game

Thurman is still a myth in my book....but he's looked impressive....can't really say anything negative about him tbh.....he seems like he's improving each fight as well....he could be another Swift....just saying

When did Matthysse get exposed? He lost a close fight to Garcia partly because his eye was injured and he could not see the punches as well after the eye swelled up. Garcia is one of the best fighters in the world. People thought Matthysse was damn good but I don't remember anyone on here saying he was unbeatable. I still think Matthysse is damn good. Thurman is highly thought of by many on boxing scene myself included. Like Matthysse he has knocked out some good fighters. It's possible he could lose a future fight and nobody is saying he is unbeatable. People are just saying he looks like he has a very good future in boxing. You seem to be hoping these exciting knock out artists will lose. I like both Thurman and Matthysse in the ring and the way they conduct themselves outside the ring. I will continue to root for them.

I remember people saying Floyd was ducking him, that his resume would surpass Cotto's "in a year or two", that he would be P4P #1 etc.

And 99.9% of fans and writers picked him to beat Garcia by brutal KO.

Matthysse wasn't a hypejob, but he was definitely overhyped.
