Just re-watched Kahn and Maidana. Kahn took some bombs in that fight against a strong puncher. I cannot imagine that Floyd will be able to land more or harder punches than Maidana. Higher percentage and cleaner, definitely, but I do not see a knock out happening.

Floyd doesnt press forwards, he fights on the backfoot, especially since he got back with his father. Pot shots galore, also his power isnt what it use to be, he has picked up two injuries in his last two fights and clearly has some issues with his hands, age has caught up with his bone healing process. Khan always does well against pure boxers, see Zab, Paulie and Kotelnik, brawlers not so much, he gets the win but its usually hard fought battle.

He knows anyone with no speed will never threaten Floyd, thus he knows Maidana poses no challenge

And he's been in the ring with Khan, so he knows from experience that Khan will always be a bigger threat than the likes of Canelo and Maidana

Lol...styles make fights. Broner was perfect for Maidana, Maidana is perfect for Floyd. I've said this before..people who want to see Maidana fight Floyd want to see it mostly in the hopes of seeing Floyd get KO'd. If Floyd is ever to be KO'D it will not come against someone who is a super power puncher.He just will not lay there and put his chin out there. Why was Mosley able to rock his world? He set up a nice trap with a feint and used what speed he had left to sneak in his punch. A brawler will not have the speed required to replicate that. I really like Maidana and I think he's got a good chance to make some interesting fights but Khan hands down is the better opponent and is the bigger threat of the two.
