So if Maidana and Khan are easy fights, then if your'e Floyd Mayweather, then why not take a challenging fight, instead of a safe trip to the bank??? First of all, Maidana would not be an easy fight, yet Floyd has had two shots to fight him, and ducked both times. Now, and just after Maidana knocked out Victor Ortiz; Floyd fought Ortiz instead. Khan is a joke, and probably a dozen guys deserve a title shot before Khan-job. Floyd you can fight Pacquiao, who you've made wait more than 5 years and every excuse under the sun. You could fight Shawn Porter. Provodnikov? How about Gennady? How about doing what Leonard and Hearns had the ballz to do, how about if Floyd goes up to fight Andre Ward??? This is not accurate. He fought Ortiz in 2011 after Ortiz beat undefeated Berto. Ortiz fought and lost to Maidana in 2009 while Floyd was retired.
