They say Pacquiao doesn't w ant drug testing, Pacquiao accepts drug testing.

They say Pacquiao can't train in the Phillipines, Pacquiao says he'll train in LA.

They say Pacquiao is still a drugs cheat, Pacquiao takes them to court, they pay an out of court settlement and their promoter appologises for comment.

Now they say Pacquiao's promoter doesn't want the fight, Pacquiao says he wants it, his promoter is willing to bury the hatchet to make it happen...they still say promoter is the problem.

I do not know why anyone will give up on the biggest possible match up, yes it would have been greater two-three years ago but still.....

This... They both at fault... Manny botched it first by refusing the drug tests, so he should get a lot of blame, and now resigning with arum instead of doing what cotto did.. Floyd on the other hand has avoided this fight like the plague over the past few years, even when manny agreed to drug testing..

The question is, knowing the magnitude of the fight in terms of money and legacy and everything else, why would Manny refuse drug testing in the first place?

Why **** around with cut-off dates when he knew damn well that cut-off dates negate the purpose of random testing? Everybody and their mother knows that.

Then later claiming he wants to test after fucking up the first negotiations?

Then you want to sue in court because you don't to take the test and get busted.

Oh, but now after getting KTFO, he needs random testing because somebody hit him too hard.

That's the question why refuse random testing when you claim you "agreed" to it, but never made any move in writing to actually prove you wanted to test and to fight?

Manny made himself look highly su****ious, but there are those in the know who know the deal.

Now everyone and Manny is begging for a fight when Floyd quit playing that game a long time ago.
