Looks like a fake to me. Pacquiao never talks that way.
EDIT: Looking at it a little more closely, looks like it might be legit. But I'm not sure he personally runs it. Maybe he has his people operate it.

Funny how Pacquiao and Arum himself are looking for the fight yet Mayweather still talking about "leave your promoter." I've never heard of such thing.

Or does Mayweather have a new roadblock nowadays?

Floyd said leave your promoter and you have a fight, Manny signed an extension. End of story.

What kind of fighter requests that a guy leaves his promoter smh.

Pacquiao will whoop Floyd, Pacman is a different breed and Floyd knows it, he can't deal with Pacquiaos speed and combos.

Totally unreasonable demand on Mayweather's part. If the fight isn't made because Pacquiao is with Arum, that's on Mayweather for imposing that condition.

                    Saw this:

"Many in boxing believe Manny Pacquiao essentially signed the death certificate for a bout against Floyd Mayweather Jr."

And stopped reading. He makes it sound like it's Pacquiao's fault.

I don't get it, wouldn't making Pac leave his promoter to get a fight signed break the Muhammad Ali Reform Act?

"(b) PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS UNDER MANDATORY BOUT CONTRACTS- No boxing service provider may require a boxer to grant any future promotional rights as a requirement of competing in a professional boxing match that is a mandatory bout under the rules of a sanctioning organization."
