I think if they were to fight at Pacquiao's peak the most likely outcome is Manny Pacquiao by decision.
However...
If I was betting on the fight I wouldn't feel comfortable ruling out Pacquiao by KO.

As of 2014...
I favor Mayweather over Manny...
But I strongly believe current Pacquiao could still do some things to Floyd.
If Victor Ortiz momentarily had Jr. against the ropes imagine what Manny could do? Manny's left hand is lightyears better than Ortiz'.
...and it goes without saying that Pac is way more of a warrior than Ortiz.Last edited by Bombs Away!; 03-13-2014, 05:08 PM.

Manny Pacquiao lacks the size to just man handle Mayweather so I don't see him being more successful than Victor. Although I do see Manny sticking around for more than four rounds.
Though I still see Manny using his quick feet to surprise Mayweather.
All of Pac's opponents -- even the ones who have beaten him -- have a difficult time timing him.
Mayweather would be no different. He would have his hands full simply by trying to time Manny.
It took Marquez four fights to get Pac's timing down pat -- and even then he was still getting lumped up.
