It's a good question. But he might not, because I remember when he fought Shane Mosley, the fight took place on Showtime. So it seems Pacquaio is on a fight by fight contract. But who really knows what kind of deal they have unless Top Rank or HBO publicly tells it.

As much as it has me dying of laughter that people think it's cool with showtime if they lost money. Like someone said, it's a start up so it will cost money. The thing is I don't think it was too make much profit to begin with rather then steal HBO's biggest star and take Showtime to the top which it has or at least evened the playing field.

At the end of the day the fight won't happen. I thought we all accepted this in 2010. So just keep creating Mayweather on Fight night champion and be done with it because its the closest thing you'll get.

Floyd and Showtime NEED Pacquiao. Not the other way around.

Floyd needs Pacquiao or his legacy will be a farce/a joke. Showtime needs Pacquiao so that they can finally make a profit for the dumbass deal they made with Mayweather.
