I clearly stated that no fighter in history beat or face every good fighter in their era. Ali is probably the closest we will ever get and it should be remembered he fought in one weight class.
I said Sugar Ray Robinson was arguably the greatest of all time....I actually rate Sam Lanforde, Harry Greb and Henry Armstrong ahead of him @ times....they are all interchangeable but the aforementioned guys faced stiffer overall competition IMO
Facts......Charley Burley was a top ten welterweight and middleweight for a decade...did Robinson fight him? No
Fact number 2....out side of a past it Aaron Tiger Wade, did Robinson ever face any of the great black fighters of the 40s(Black Murderers Row)? No.....He faced Jake Lamotta in between 1943-45 above 147 which meant fights with Bert Lytell, Burley, Cocoa Kid, Holman Williams, LLoyd Marshall, etc. were all possible but they never happened
Do these fights not happening erase what Robinson did accomplish? NO...so it shouldn't take away from what Floyd has when no one in history has faced every top ten guy, great or good guy in their era.
So you went and gave your opinion about SRR. No problem .......
I highlighted your own words again in blue. Did you or did you not in the above post go on to then compare SRR not fighting some fights to Floyd then should not be scrutinized because he did not fight some fights? I think you can now agree that my statement is true. That was a point that many in that thread said you were trying to do but you denied all that. That was the true intention of your thread not SRR.
Second point is in that thread you dumbed down some of SRRs fights over ranked fighters because they were past it, for example. Without checking that post, I'm presuming it is the name that you mentioned in this post, Aaron Tiger Wade. Either way, it is not too important. My point is that when you discuss Floyd, you don't discuss and say "but even Floyd said that Mosley was old and he was also inactive for ~16 months". Yet you did it for SRR.
So my second point was consistency. If you know how to do it for SRR then my criticism is that you should be able to do it for Floyd as well. Instead what you do is just list all the ranked opposition that Floyd fought no matter if they were too old, relatively no experience, had only 0, 1 or 2 fights at WW, if there was some pre-conditions made by Floyd such as CWs when both had titles in the division, not coming in at the contracted weight, demanding the opponent not wear his preferred gloves or that Floyd won early in the fight by SUCKER PUNCH.
So when you do what you do, I just call you out. That is all I do.
I try to keep my points consistent.
Mosley was ranked too when he fought Manny but there is more to it than just rankings. Even though Mosley was an active fighter at that time, Mosley was OLD and no longer a prime fighter. Mosley had struggled in 8 of his last 9 fights or 7 of 8 fights(removed Cotto). He did have a very good game plan against a Margarito that had just been caught with them bricks in his hands. That is it.

I get it....you don't like Floyd, you not give him credit for anything he has accomplished. There are many like you and ive had my fill on talking to fan boys or career trolls.
All you spew is crap. you are one of the worst posters on this site.

quick hypothetical question to Floyd supporters:
if pacquiao said ok bend me over the negotiation table and do with me what you will, I just want to fight you. he will say yes to any demands, 20mil with no ppv, ring size is a basketball court, gloves are sockem bop em. basically, that mayweather gets whatever he wants because he is the a-side and pacquiao just has to win and then he can be a-side to the rematch.
remember this is hypothetical, if pac were to win lets say a close fight that could've gone either way. both fighters represented themselves well and people want to see that ish again. if pac were to price himself out or give some crazy a-side demands (both fighter wear cleto reyes gloves, no xylocaine, fight in china, the smallest ring possible, XXmil purse with no ppv), and Floyd said gtfoh, who is ducking then?

.
Either way people don't try to take away from his legacy stop trying to it with modern guys
Regardless if may n PAC fight money will be the favorite.... He has more skills, on the same level as PAC athletically, but his drive ability to bite down when he needs to and feeling black balled in his era when guys he is better than are more beloved like Manny, odlh, and gatti
That mental edge is the difference he doesn't get rattled and he adapts...pac has those attributes but to a lesser degree.
We can agree to disagree....but please bro can you let that SRR thread go
