WBC commends and to discuss super-fight should Pacquiao beat Chris Algieri in November.

"Both ... have great history in the WBC, without a doubt their fight would be one of biggest events in the history of boxing and our sport."

I voted Pacman in a decision because Floyd is impossible to knock out, because he doesn't get in close and mix it up...and if he's fighting a boxer who will try to do that (like say..Maidana in the 2nd fight?) he will pay off the referee to make sure the ref breaks them up the second the fighters come in close. So Manny will have to box beautifully, avoid getting hit by Floyds powder-puff jab, and land a few combinations and jump back and dance around a little and make Floyd CHASE HIM instead of the other way around. And no doubt, anywhere this fight is held, the crowd will be HUGELY behind Manny and it could frustrate Floyd if he knows he's losing a fight while the entire crowd is chanting "Manny! Manny!" and booing Floyd whenever he shows any emotion in body language. But I'm not expecting this fight anymore, I've gotten over it..it's like getting through heroin withdrawal. It ****** for a while but it's over now...I'm done. I don't think about it anymore, I don't need it anymore. There are plenty of other things in life that are worth enjoying and looking forward to than a fight where the 2 guys are only going to be fighting for money at that point in time.
We need another Mike Tyson. This sport hasn't been the same since 1997 or even 2001 when Tyson whooped Andrew Golota's ass...I remember EVERYONE was so excited about that fight, even though Tyson failed a drug test because he smoked some pot (how is that performance enhancing btw? Can anyone explain why he gets a No Contest for failing for weed?) Anyway, that Tyson - Golota fight was a big deal when it happened, as I remember, and people were really feeling that the old Tyson was back, after his win over Botha and then over a few warmups, then a legit contender like Golota. For a moment, boxing was AWESOME again. Ever since, it's been blahh. Trinidad - De La Hoya was the last fight I cared about. And that ******. Mayweather - De La Hoya was AWFUL. That fight convinced me to NEVER pay for another PPV fight again. After that, the last good fight I saw was mayweather - Hatton just because I got to see the pillow fighter Mayweather KO a decent fighter who wasn't a no-name tomato can. Other than the Ortiz incident, that's really the last fight worth re-watching IMO. The first Maidana fight was good actually, I will correct myself...but other than that, Tyson - Golota was the last GOOD (not even great) fight I've seen as far as big names go. There have been some epic battles with no named guys, or guys who aren't world renowned like a Tyson or Holyfield or Mayweather. Ok I'm done with this rant.

I wonder if Floyd would make Pacquiao wear different gloves just to fuc* with him, that would be kinda hilarious if he did. Show him who is the real A side.

Larry Holmes, Evander Holyfield, Sugar Ray Leonard, Mike Tyson and the REAL TBE Muhammad Ali have all been on record saying Floyd is scared!
I just dont see how Floyd's ****** fans dont realize Floyd is fn hesitant to fight Manny? Cut the race, cut the fanism, and just see through all the B.S.
How many times have floyd lied to the people, and does exactly what he was against, Catchweights, loyalty (Ellerbe, HBO, Cutman, etc.), Alex Ariza, say he's going for a KO (starts off back pedalling) .
CMON NOW!

No he isn't........
"Floyd is impossible to knock out"
No he isn't. He has a good chin, I wouldn't call it great because he hasn't faced the right opposition that could expose his chin. He does take a good shot though. Hand-speed, footspeed, work-rate, and an in and out strategy by the right kind of fighter could get them a stoppage, possibly. I can see Floyd's face not holding up too well going forward, granted he faces REAL threats, which he won't. Martinez at 154 would've proved a lot about Floyd's ability to handle speed and an opponent who wouldn't break and an opponent without stamina issues. Manny and Khan both have the ability to decision Floyd, especially Manny.
