Broner should be kept away from punchers?

I think it's the high work rate that gives him trouble. Maidana threw almost 1,000 shots and he's a strong puncher. I think if Broner goes up against a big puncher but with a low workrate he might win. Can't really think of anyone who fits that description atm.

Not really he has to be much more assertive with his offense though, Maidana had him dancing to his tune off the rip and in the final third. Broner was somewhat able to pull it together in the middle but he was never able to make anything of it.
Broner is an offensive fighter with some defense, he just can't allow himself to be totally put on the defensive like that if he wants to be successful.
Broner took a beating in that fight so I don't think toughness or chin is the issue.

I don't know about this,it was his first real fight in a while..He took the punishment to his credit..I'm not going to cast him away just yet,Broner showed toughness..That should count for something..

Guerrero is not the hardest puncher at 147 but he's not weak either, he would bust up Broner to a decision.
It's obvious from watching him vs Malignaggi and Maidana, that he most likely gets beaten by an top 10 WW. The lower ranked guys like Thurman, Porter, Alexander, and the 4 and 5 guys like Guerrero and Brook all probably kick his ass. Forget about Pac, Bradley and Marquez. Also, Prov, Matthysse and Garcia may put him to sleep. Judah is the next likely fight that makes sense and even that sounds dangerous for Broner.
