Gamboa has better hand and foot speed and maybe more variety in his punches, but can he be disciplined to go 12 without making any mistakes, without walking on to a big shot?

Is that why he struggled to win his last fight against a low ranked opponent? He's been knocked down 5 times in his career, he makes mistakes, Garcia is a technically sound fighter that can take advantage of those mistakes. You call that a struggle I call it unmotivated, Trinidad was KD a few times and it took a real MW to knock him out, mikey just got KD by little $h1t of a punch, beside in boxing, triangle theories don't work if he really has ball he will take the fight, until then you can over-analyze every aspect of Gamboas boxing ability and find every flaw, after all we are not perfect including mikey, the real question is could mikey exploit those flaws, and what about his own flaws? He will have to go through fire and adversity will find him, let see how he deals with it, we can exchange some inside after the fight...
