Comments Thread For: Golovkin Good but How Good is Fly?: Post Report Card

By Cliff Rold - The cast of characters at Flyweight has delivered over and over again in the last couple years.

Two of the most exciting of their cadre did it again on Saturday night, delivering exactly what it looked like they might: the latest Fight of the Year contender in a year with more than its share.

It's absurd. If Ioka moves up next year, it's 12 deep in legit guys with title experience and none are shot yet. This is a sick run.

I heard Ioka/Yaegashi is incoming next year... but just what I heard.
if they did Uchiyama/Miura and Yaegashi/Ioka... that'd be one of the best cards Japan could put on. Their new years cards are always stacked, so I thought this was possible early in the year

That can happen whether Yaegashi beats Sosa or not. Bring it
