History will show a dominant fighter in an abysmal division. If your recent opponents include Wach, Pianetta, Mormeck, Thompson II, well... Posted from krikya360.com App for Android

Objectively speaking, he will go down as an ATG heavyweight. Can't ignore that level of dominance or his level of consistency over opposition that has largely been made up of genuine contenders.

He should be....people harp about what PRIME all time great heavyweight did he ever beat? News flash every era doesn't produce all time greats.....that's why they are all time greats....wlad should be remembered as one....he would compete at a high level in any era and would have been champion in most if not all....Joe Louis, Larry Holmes, Lennox Lewis, Holyfield, Marciano, Liston never beat all time great heavyweights primed and all are considered top 10 greats...all you can do us judge a fighter by what he did in the ring....wlad came back from career ending type loses regrouped and completely dominated his era well into his mid 30s.....he has been so dominant, besides his brother and povetkin, he has beat every ranked heavyweight.....his longevity skill kos and will be remembered

But Wladimir can't help being white, he was born that way.

Keep on banning people for being Klitschko fans, we'll just go to another site where ALL the mods are fair.

Here we have 3 good sensible site admins (The Ban Stick, Boxing Scene and BostonGuy) and 1 ****ty sick racist bastard who despises and disrespects all non-black boxers and their fans (THE REED).
I agree with most of it but Reed ain't that bad.

2)Has schooled most of his opponents and not since 2004 has he ever looked in danger in a fight.

3)His 12 round schooling of David Haye is considered one of the best performances by a world champ.

                Criticism of Wlad:

1)His 'safety first' boxing style has taken the glamour out of boxing's glamour division.

2)His few appearances in the US has meant that very poor quality fighters are entering the sport...

3)His 3 KO defeats to rather little known fighters will leave a big mark on his career...making people think he has a suspect chin.

After reading this do you think that Wladimir Klitschko will be remembered as one of the greatest fighters and champions?
Number 1 isn't quite accurate. Wach hurt him worse than anyone has in a long time. Credit to Wlad, he recovered like a champ and proceeded to drill Wach with endless power punches. Credit to Wach, he somehow didn't get knocked out.

Haye also hurt Wlad twice sending him into survival mode. Wlad became very hesitant to engage fully whenever Haye hurt him. Wlad knew Haye had the power to do damage.

Yes he will. I know a lot of people dislike him but the truth is that he's a very dominant champion and I do believe that he would be competitive in any era.

Sure, his opposition wasn't the best, yet he's the only one who has been able to be so dominant. Take other guys like Haye, Chisora, Povetkin, guys who can be competitive and yet they're not even close to the level of Wladimir.

His reign will be looked upon better than it currently is. Probably top10 for now and in the future he will be bumped out of the top10 when other greats come along with a more stacked division.
