Earlier today, a ceremony was held in Puerto Rico at the offices of Recreation and Sports. The 2012 awards were issued by the professional boxing commission of Puerto Rico. The ceremony was held by the Secretary of Recreation and Sports, Ramon Orta who announced the winners.

Among the winners - Juan "Cowi" Herrera and Luis Cosme for "Dramatic Fight of 2012" - which happened on February 18, 2012 where Herrera won by unanimous decision in six rounds. Another award was the "Fight of 2012" - which got issued to the battle between Andres Navarro and Rafael "El Pollo Blanco 'Gonzalez. It happened on July 7, 2012 where Navarro defeated unbeaten Gonzalez by unanimous decision.

Even thou Rocky got away with a draw(in a fight he actually lost) against Burgos, against Magdaleno he did good & beat the favorite & undefeated Magdaleno..Now Fontanez record is full of BUMS & TOMATO CANS!!Got to see him against a good fighter to see if he's for real or if he's gonna fold like a taco just like Miguel Cotto's other fighter(& cousin Abner Cotto) did this past Saturday!!
