Unfortunately we haven't had any fighters amount to much in recent years. MMA is big in Albuquerque and the boxing scene had been kind of weak. There has been a lot of waisted talent to. My friend in prison right now would've probably had a pretty good boxing career. He lost lost in New Mexico in he ams lost one of his first fights to Lamont Peterson. He told me he thought he won the fight but his brother told Peterson won but it was close. Another friend of mines brother had a great amateur pedigree and beat a lot of good fighters. He had the style to be a good pro but he ****ed off what could've been a good future. It's a sad state of affairs, but what are you going to do.
