LMAO...my step brother was facing 6 felonies, each with a minimum of 2 years, max of 10-15 years each and he had plenty of priors..............rehab, 2 weeks in jail, and a year suspended....3 years probation. He got a DUI like less than a year later and only did 2 months.

Espn said his court date was May 5, he should be good to fight..

may 14 i think i knew he was going to be good for the fight but sometime late this year early next year he will be in jail

I think he should try to get a pardon from ***** and Eric Holder. They're all about social justice and letting people from minority groups off the hook for crimes they'd normally be prosecuted. Look up how they pardoned the black panthers intimidating voters with weapons during the 2008 election. This is way less high profile. they shouldnt be aftaid to stick their noses in here, only us boxing fans will know. They should help him out as penance for giving the cartel members automatic weapons in the fast and furious scandal. All kinds of innocent Mexican folks got killed. But They won't help him though cause he's a Christian and was just on the 700 club.

VA but it don't matter. The Ghost has money, they will fine him 25K or so and slap him on the wrist.....he was trying to obey the law not break it and he has never been arrested before that I am aware of. They will warn him to read up on the laws in the states that he is visiting next time and give him suspended time.

The DA just wants to get his face in the paper....."In the best interest of all parties involved, we have decided to show leniency to Mr. Guerrero. Make no mistake and let this be a lesson to future offenders that the NY City DA's office will not let any matter involving illegal gun activity go without punishment. I seriously doubt Mr. Guerrero will make the same mistake again"

No i don't, I'm a realist. I live in this state and people serious do not realize how serious it is. He not only has an illegal gun but also 3 illegal mags. Many celebs have faced the courts with similar charges and none have beat it

Come on man, it wasn't an illegal gun. An illegal gun is one that you buy off of a thug on the streets. He had a permit, a license to carry....they do a state police background check before you can even buy one, then another one when you apply for a carry license.

I'm telling you, there are only like 5 states with laws like the ones that NY has regarding guns. He followed the protocol that the cops teach you in the conceal/carry class or crying out loud. This is just a media stunt to get press time for the DA. Trust me, if it were serious, they would not have released him and scheduled his arraignment after his fight. He isn't getting any time for a simple misunderstanding.
