WBO World Lightweight Champion Ricky Burns?opponent, Miguel Vazquez - the IBF World Champion - said he was suffering from a severe viral infection caused by food poisoning.

My girlfriend's sister went down to London last year, ate out once at a seafood restaurant. Fighters are lately giving the medical report like they are in school and owe it. It doesn't matter if it is legit or not cause if they are not going to fight they are not fighting for what ever reason it is.
