"He just said that at the end of the day he is the boss. No one tells him who he fights. It’s always been like that. That’s nothing new"

Exactly, who gives a *** about what the fans want anyway right?.. I mean they only buy the tickets and ppv's that's made Floyd a Millionaire so why should they have any input on who they want to see Floyd fight??? How dare they!

"It doesn’t matter who he fights, he’s Floyd Mayweather and people are going to want to see his fight regardless of who he fights.?/span>

Unfortunately this is true somewhat. The blind sheep will continue to follow their shepherd. Of course having the fight on a Mexican holiday with the biggest Mexican star on the undercard doesn't hurt either.

"Honestly, realistically, I think somebody like Devon deserves the fight anyways. Let’s be real, [Robert] Guerrero only beat [Andre] Berto, who hasn’t fought in a year and change."

Really?.. Does this logic also apply to when Floyd fought Shane Mosley after Shane hadn't fought in a year and change??.. Guess that wasn't such a legit win either huh?

"Devon Alexander has more of a name and [he’s] more of an exciting fighter"

LMFAO.. This mofo must be on that good Chavez Jr. Ish! lolol

"Let’s say he doesn’t fight Robert Guerrero and he does fight Devon Alexander, Guerrero is not out of the picture. Floyd will fight again and maybe Floyd just thinks he needs to prove more.

Or maybe Floyd just saw the Berto fight and saw how gritty and determined Guerrero was with his high punch output swelling up Berto's face while eating some savage punches and shrugging them off, and Floyd knows that stylistically a fight with Devon Alexander would be a much easier, softer and safer night for him.

Alexander is the worst of those 2 terrible options.

There is no difference, they both aren't good. The difference is Alexander is boring and the fight will 12 rounds of dominance by Floyd mixed with lots of sheer boredom. While the Guerrero fight will be one sided and stopped in the middle rounds. Either way, neither are a challenge to Floyd in any way, shape or form so I'm not even bothering.

I am just going to assume this is sarcasm. I like Floyd, seen all of his ppvs, seen him fight live but I'm not remotely interested. I'm not paying for a fight like this one no matter what.

If what he's saying is completely true and Floyd tweeted it just to spite people who he perceived were trying to dictate to him just sounds ******. Very, very ******. He said cos he's Floyd people will just tune in yet he must have pissed his pants at the negative response his tweet received.

Floyd doesn't have very many options and knows he has discredited much of his reputation amongst many boxing fans, now he is lashing out, trying to hold on to his star the only way he knows, by being a ****.
