Dumb move by Donaire in my opinion... Obviously I don't know the terms of the offer.... I don't think Arce has a shot... But he might actually try and fight Donaire.

Arce will give Nonito the spectacular knockout and famous name that he needs on his record,on the other hand something tells me that if they "overpay" Arce he will fake a knockdown and collect the money without taking any damage. At this stage of Arce's career money means more than taking a risk being hurt in order to improve his legacy.

if donaire wants to solidify his claim as p4p king, he first should fight the top guys in the division, it's either mares, mijares or rigo ( in that order). if donaire chooses not to, then he should just move up to 126 lbs. and fight salido probably after a tune up fight with juan manuel lopez.

if top rank objects, then just do what cotto did to top rank. it's a win-win for donaire.
