The 47-42 spread was what came up after a weigh for the last of the negotiations from what I've heard. Broner probably added a few more by fight time. Not to mention, he didn't even bother to sweat off those last few lbs., eating whatever the hell he wanted instead. Esco paid his price to make the scale. You go away to camp and need to feed your family, you can't just cough up six figures. Esco bit the bullet and didn't get a fair shake. He had a right to get emotional. had to be a long day. You walk into a fight you know you can't win and then can't even get a fair scrap? that's a lot of life coming together in a moment.

For the guy who said don't accept the terms next time, Esco accepted the terms at signing and so did Broner. Only one of them did his job as a pro. The other one was tweeting hot dog pics and spreading 'wisdom' about women.

Esco was never going to win anyways. That doesn't excuse Broner being a highly unprofessional jackass with almost nothing on his resume to validate it.

I don't know these guys go ahead and fight someone that can't make weight. It never turns out good. The fight should get canceled and the guy that came in heavy against the written contract should pay the other guys training expenses for wasting his time.

Escobedo is certainly no Mayweather, or even Pacquiao.

        Mayweather-Castillo: 138[Mayweather] vs 148[Castillo]
        Mayweather-Castillo II: 138[Mayweather vs 147[Castillo]
        Mayweather-Corrales: 136[Mayweather] vs 146[Corrales]
        Mayweather-Baldomir: 149[Mayweather] vs 163[Baldomir]
        Mayweather-Ortiz: 150[Mayweather] vs 164[Ortiz]
Who ever claimed Escobedo was some type of elite fighter? Im not sure why you bringing these 2 up except to just slurp their nuts...

Yeah yeah yeah, Broner would have beat Escobedo eitherway, at any weight, blah blah blah, whatever, it doesn't make Broner any less of a c^nt.

Broner is a heck of a talent and it will be interesting to see how his career plays out from here.

But, he needs to open his eyes a bit and realize he isn't bigger than the sport. His attitude towards professionalism is poor and that is not a good look. Its bad enough his ****y antics and jokes really aren't funny, he doesn't need to add disrespect for the game to that.

Esco, needed the money, took the money and lost as planned regardless of their weights. But I don't blame him for wanted a fair shake. Hopefully he got another HBO date out of the deal.

People who don't box or go to a gym don't know anything about weight and making weight. Robert Garcia even says that guys who were 1 division above him would smash him up and he was at a much higher level than any of you.
