The deal is done and the rematch is set for the 22nd of September at the Centennial Hall in Wroclaw. It has been confirmed that WBC crusierweight champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk (46-2-1, 33 KOs) will defend his title against Francisco Palacios (21-1, 13 KOs) of Puerto Rico in a mandatory rematch. Palacios has verified that the champion inked his signature on the contract. They first met last April in Bydgoszcz, with the champion winning a controversial split decision. The WBC ordered a rematch at last December's annual convention.
