when this fight actually had us salivating, a 50/50 split was fair. Pac turned it down because he didnt want to have to take a drug test.

now much later, after losing it's fizzle, and after pac losing (in the eyes of many) to Marquez, and Floyd turning in huge numbers against Ortiz, this fight is back to being in Floyd's favor.

the 40 mill that Floyd offered was more than fair.

Manny needs to sit down with Arum and just tell him to make it happen. take the tests, give Floyd the lions share...as long as they make the fight and sign the contract. Manny need to return to his days of fighting for the people and prove he his the best by beating the best. Turning this argument around and saying that it's Floyd that is holding it up or is scared is just complete nonsense at this point.

I love Manny but his fans have a hard time with facts. all they can say is Manny knocked out Cotto, what do you think he'll do to Mayweather completely overlooking the facts of the fight. the lead up to the fight. Cotto's story. I wish Pac fans would become fans of boxing, and learn about other great fighters before they speak.

most of the odds on those fights were stacked up against pac. they were reversed only when the fight is over and pac wins. ted atlas, dundee and others predicted a hoya landslide. atlas also predicted a hatton win against pac. he gave up with his ****** predictions after the clottey fight, which he thought was more dangerous than foreman. and so on and so forth.

look, pac wanted floyd da best. but floyd kept ducking with all kinds of excuses. these debates would have been settled a long time ago if floyd stopped chickening out.

or Arum could have gave it a greenlight and called his bluff knowing full well that Pac was the better fighter and would win. Listen Tyson had Holyfield tested because he suspected Evander was on something. Evander took the test and beat Tyson. Floyd is smart enough to make unreasonable demands cause he will never fight pacquiao. He's pretty smart cause if Floyd took a 50/50 split or even 60/40 split to the winner he would be the one taking the 40% or even the 50%. I'd say that if Mayweather demands OST testing, then at least consider the 50/50 split to be fair. If Mayweather drops the OST testing, then maybe the 40/40 (20 goes to the winner) is fair likewise.

Mayweather cannot use his own demands on the issue of money to Pac because at the least....at the least, Pac is equal to Mayweather on their billing. To say that 40 million is fair to Pac while Mayweather gets all the PPV share is just so ludicrous anyway you put it.

It doesn't matter if Arum is in the scene likewise...because it is Pac whom he is fighting, not Arum. So why does Mayweather care about Arum taking a cut from Pac's money?

So let me get this straight..

Floyd just made a guaranteed 32 million dollars including all the PPV vs Cotto. And Cotto only took home 8 million dollars.

Pac can't be serious about 50/50 lol he just can't be because he's numbers aren't equal to floyd. To get 50/50 that means you are equivalent to your opponent and he's not.


Floyd just retire....u dont need him or this fight!
